How do I buy books at TheStorez.com?
You can search for the book that you are looking for by using the search box located in every page. Once you have located your book, you can add it to your shopping cart by Clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. If you wish to order more books, you can continue shopping and add more books to your cart. Once you are done, you can then click 'Proceed to Checkout' button or the 'Checkout' link. Your checkout process now starts and you can now enter your billing and shipping information, choose your shipping method, add gift messages if any, choose your preferred payment mode (Credit Card / Net Banking / Cheque or Draft), review order summary and then place the order. If you choose Credit Card or Debit Card to pay, you will be taken to a Verisign secured ICICI Payment Gateway to safely make us a payment. If you choose Net banking, you will be taken to a secure payment processor, CC Avenue. Once you have made the payment, you will be redirected to our website and you will receive an order confirmation number. We will do our best to ship the book as per the indicated time of shipping and as per your chosen shipping method. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a shipped confirmation mail from us and the order will be delivered at your doorstep.

What is a shopping cart?

What is a Wish List?
A wish list has the list of items that you would like to consider purchasing at a later point in time. Whenever you wish to purchase them, you can conveniently move the items in your wishlist to your shopping cart and checkout.

What are your shipping charges?
You can choose any of the following shipping methods during the checkout process.
Super Saver Shipping: Costs Rs 25 for the first item and Rs 15 for every additional item in order. Clubs multiple items in your order and economically ships them in minimum number of shipments. May take 2-3 days more than Standard Shipping. If you have added free offer books, only Rs 2 will be added as postage charge for every free book.
Standard Shipping: Costs Rs 25 for each item in your order. Ships items individually or together within the indicated shipping time of each item in the order. If you have added free offer books, only Rs 2 will be added as postage charge for every free book.

Shipping cost will be added to your cart total during the checkout process. All our prices are inclusive of taxes, and no other charges are there. We have partnered with reputed Indian and Multinational shipping companies and we use this shipping charge to safely and quickly deliver your orders to you. Once we ship your order, we also provide you a link to track the location of your consignment so you are informed at all times about the delivery status.
Do you charge any extra charges like sales tax, octroi etc.?

Do I need to register with you to be able to purchase books?

I have a coupon code. How do I use it?
Search for the books you require and 'Add them to Cart'. On the Shopping Cart page, you will notice a separate box titled 'Discount Codes'. Enter your coupon code and click on 'Apply'. This will add the discounts and the amount on the shopping cart total would have been reduced by the discounted amount. Proceed to checkout and complete your order. Please note that some coupon codes are valid for specific periods and for logged in users only.

Do you deliver to locations outside India?
At present, we dont deliver books to locations outside India. Our customers from India and abroad can buy books for delivery to any Shipping Address in India.

Is there any minimum order value when I shop at TheStorez?
No. There is no minimum order value at TheStorez.com. You can order for as little as you wish and enjoy the same discounts on your orders.
Can I cancel an order or change the order after it is placed?
Yes. You can cancel your order before it is despatched from our end. If you wish to cancel your order, you need to email us at books@thestorez.com or call us at +91-9940638038 with your order confirmation number. If we havent despatched your order at the time of your cancellation, we will readily accomodate your cancellation request and start the process to refund you the full bill amount.
How do I check the current status of my orders?
This service requires user registration. If you have not registered with us, kindly register by clicking the Log In link available at the top right of every page. Once you are logged in, you can click My Account to view your Account Dashboard. Click the My Orders link available under the "My Account" menu on the left. Your orders will be displayed here and your order status can be checked from here.

What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged book from TheStorez.com?
We take a lot of care in ensuring you receive your books in very good condition. But in the rare event that you receive a defective / damaged item from TheStorez.com, we will replace the book with another copy of the book. Please email us at books@thestorez.com with your order number and the item that you want us to replace. When we ship out the replacement item to you, we will also have the defective / damaged item picked from you at our cost.
Can I return a product ordered from TheStorez.com?
You can return to us any unopened item in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving your shipment. If you wish to return any unopened item that has been delivered to you, you can do so by mailing us at books@thestorez.com and then sending the book to us at the following address. As soon as we recieve the book, we will immediately refund you the cost of the returned item excluding the shipping cost.
